After your business entity, such as an S corporation or LLC is formed, I will always be available for you. I believe in providing service to business clients, and there is never a charge for answering questions about your new corporation or LLC.

My attorney's fees for incorporating a business or forming an LLC are always $399. You will never have any surprises and I will not waste your time. There is a $115 Secretary of State handling and filing fee for incorporations, and $85 Secretary of State handling and filing fee for LLCs.
